However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to arrange a return and refund. Do NOT return items without contacting us first. You can send us a message or an Email (use the link on the Contact Us page). Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Please be sure to package the items appropriately to ensure they reach us undamaged. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition. It's your responsibility to make sure the package is shipped properly to arrive in good condition. As soon as we receive the package, we will process a refund. 

Also, to offer you protection from unforeseen ordering or shipping issues on our end, if your order does not ship within 21 days of the day you ordered, you may request a full refund for your purchase.
